Intelligent combustion technology:

The most critical technology for energy saving is combustion. Our company creates the unique real-time dynamic technology of air combustion and understands the non-intelligent adjustment technology, to realize the mixing of gas and air in advance according to the optimized ratio of chemical equivalent before ignition, so that the gas can be fully burnt 100%, and the generated combustion swirl forms the high-temperature reflux zone in the furnace.

At the same time, intelligently control the output of gas to adjust the size of the fire, the closer to the set temperature, the fire is smaller. Additional energy savings of 15-18% can be achieved.

Preheat recovery technology:

The waste heat recovery system designed by the patented technology can convert the more than 800 ℃ exhaust gas into more than 600 ℃ fresh air to participate in combustion, and the heat energy returns to the furnace hearth, with up to 80% heated recycling and exhaust gas discharged only is 200℃.
