1. What are the classification applications, advantages and disadvantages of trolley type heat treatment furnaces?

1Concept: Trolley type heat treatment furnace is also called car-bottom furnace. The furnace bottom is composed of a trolley. The furnace bottom can be pulled out of the furnace or pushed into the furnace through a transmission mechanism or pulley device.

2Classification: According to different heating methods, it can be divided into trolley type fuel furnace and trolley type resistance furnace.

3Application: Trolley type fuel furnaces are suitable for pre-forging heating of large steel ingots, billets, and steel plates that are inconvenient to be heated in chamber furnaces, and for heat treatment heating of large castings, forgings, and weldments; among them, trolley type fuel furnaces are mostly used for heavy-weight applications. Annealing of pipes, plates or large forgings, castings, steel ingots, etc.; trolley type resistance furnaces are generally used for annealing steel strips and coils.

4) Advantages: The main advantage is that a crane can be used to load and unload workpieces.

5Disadvantages: It is not easy to heat evenly, and the furnace temperature drops greatly during feeding and discharging.

2. What are the main uses and types of traction heat treatment furnaces?

1Main uses: The traction heat treatment furnace is widely used in the continuous heat treatment of tin plating, galvanizing, silicon steel and stainless steel of cold-rolled strips. In recent years, it has also been used for the annealing of deep-drawn steel strips;

2Main types: Traction-type furnaces are roughly divided into horizontal and vertical types. Horizontal types include single-pass (straight-through horizontal furnace) and multi-pass (folding furnace); vertical types also include single-pass (vertical furnace) and multi-pass. (Tower furnace); the tower furnace can pull strip steel at a speed of up to 10 meters per second. It is mostly heated by radiant tubes or electric heating elements, and the processing temperature is 700~980°C.

3. What are the application characteristics of annular heat treatment furnace?

1Function: The annular heat treatment furnace is a continuous furnace equipment, which often focuses on carburizing heat treatment. The whole furnace is divided into a heating area, a carburizing area, a carburizing area and a diffusion area, and integrates material preparation, carburizing, quenching, cleaning, and recycling. The fire is integrated into one, and through the rotation of the annular furnace bottom, the workpiece can be loaded and discharged from the same furnace door;

2Purpose: The annular heat treatment furnace can be used for heat treatment in the production of commercial vehicle transmissions, reducers, retarders, gear parts and other products, and has a key influence on the final heat treatment quality of gear parts;

3Heating method: Generally, the workpiece is heated indirectly through radiant tubes, and there are two methods: electric heating and fuel heating. The electric heating method has higher operating costs and consumes about 850 degrees of electricity per ton of output. Therefore, natural gas heating is currently used.
