   2. Hot pressing and sintering. Using the hot-pressing sintering method, a dense silicon carbide ceramic can be obtained, and the microstructure, mechanical properties and hot blood properties of the silicon carbide ceramic will be very different after adding some additives during the sintering process, such as adding some After the chemical element B, the size of silicon carbide ceramic grains is significantly reduced, but its strength is greatly improved.


   Three, hot isostatic pressing sintering. This method can realize the dense sintering of additive-free silicon carbide ceramics. Experiments show that at 1850 degrees, high-density additive-free silicon carbide ceramics can be obtained.


   Fourth, reaction sintering. This sintering method was first successfully developed in the United States, and more silicon carbide ceramics were sintered using this method, because it can have less contact with nonporous and dense reaction sintered bodies.
