The reason why the bright annealing furnace is not bright

        1. The annealing furnace itself

   Whether the structure of the bright annealing furnace is reasonable and whether the muffle tank is airtight, the muffle tank should be a sealed cavity, isolated from the outside air, so that it does not run out of gas or leak water.

        2.there is a problem with the accessories

  The stainless steel tube of the bright annealing furnace has too much oil or water stains, so the air pressure in the furnace is destroyed and the purity of the protective gas cannot be reached.

   3. Ammonia decomposition furnace problem

  The ammonia decomposition furnace of the bright annealing furnace must be equipped with purification equipment, so that the decomposition gas purity is high.

        4. the annealing temperature is not enough

  The annealing temperature of the bright annealing furnace is generally 1050℃-1080℃. If it is lower than this temperature, the tube of the bright annealing furnace will not be bright.

   5. The temperature after cooling is too high

After high-temperature annealing and cooling, the bright annealing furnace is very bright because it is in a gas-protected environment. For some reasons, the temperature of the tube is still very high after being out of the furnace, so it will slowly become black when exposed to the air.
