Nitrogen does not have this property, so hydrogen is used.

        

        Regulations for safe use of hydrogen in bright annealing furnace:

   1. Check protective measures and wear protective equipment.

   2. Regularly check whether the equipment, pipes, meters, and electrical appliances are normal; whether the gas, electricity, and water systems are unblocked; check the air tightness of each seal, water seal and other parts. Air leakage, electricity leakage, water leakage, poor electrical contact or instrument failure should be repaired in time.

   3. The gas generator should be operated by a dedicated person to determine a high degree of responsibility.

   4. Coal should be added frequently, less coal, and drills should be drilled frequently to ensure that there is no coking inside the furnace.

   5. Ensure the normal water level in the air bag, prevent water-free operation, and pay attention to the reading on the air bag pressure gauge, and it must be controlled below 1 kg.

   6. The coal seam is controlled at about 1.4 meters (gas space distance). To prevent too much ash, coal seam is too low to burn the hood. Put an end to lazy ash, coal seam is too high, burned bell jar and formed gas outlet temperature is too high.

   7. The ash tray should rotate 1/4 revolution per hour to keep the gas stove with good ventilation performance.

   8. Operate strictly in accordance with the ignition procedure of the gas producer and the ignition procedure of the heating furnace.

  20. When hoisting the heating furnace body and cooling cover, the power supply should be cut off, and live operation is strictly prohibited. When hoisting the inner tank and cooling cover, pay attention to turning on the cooling water switch.

  21. Frequently check the water level in the riot box to keep it stable, and it is strictly forbidden to cause accidents when the air is backflowed due to too low or no water.

  22. Always check whether the sealing rubber ring on the furnace seat is in good condition. When the inner tank is fastened, the opposite bolts must be tightened to prevent flattening and air leakage.

  23. Before vacuuming, close the ammonia decomposition inlet valve of the furnace base, close the exhaust valve of the furnace base, and open the vacuum valve of the furnace.

  24. The ignition color of the exhaust gas of the riot box is orange.
