Principle of brazing furnace

The continuous mesh belt brazing furnace is composed of feed section, preheating section, heating furnace body, cooling section, discharge section, water and gas circuit control system, electrical control system and liquid ammonia decomposition furnace.

Working principle: the workpiece is driven by the stainless steel mesh belt. The workpiece is placed on the mesh belt and enters from the inlet of the preheating section. It is transmitted through the mesh belt and preheated, heated (solder melting) and cooled. The workpiece discharged from the cooling section is always protected by pure hydrogen gas in the muffle. Due to the reducibility of hydrogen, the product surface is bright and does not oxidize. Workpiece welding is to melt the filler material (solder) by heating the workpiece, fill the gap between base metals with liquid solder by capillary action, and achieve the purpose of welding after cooling.
