Two furnaces for fasteners: mesh belt furnaces and roller furnaces
Nov. 22, 2025
Roller furnaces are batch furnaces. They work intermittently by batches, with small output.
Mesh belt furnaces are continuous furnaces. They can work 24 hours non-stop, with large output.
Roller furnaces heat fasteners by putting them into the furnace chamber and rolling. If fasteners are too long, they may break.
Mesh belt furnaces put fasteners on the mesh belt to absorb heat evenly. No rolling needed, and they are suitable for long fasteners.
In terms of price, mesh belt furnaces are more expensive than roller furnaces.
If you have insufficient funds to start a fastener heat treatment business, roller furnaces are a good choice.
Mesh belt furnaces have larger output and better heat treatment quality. For long-term investment, they are a good choice.
